If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, we will be glad to take it back or to exchange it except
for : fabric, items on SALE, tablecloth ordered with an umbrella hole, custom made tablecloths
(when you order a specific size).
We will accept returns and exchanges if you ship it back within 5 days. Please send us an email and we
will give you an Authorization number: NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT IT. if you send a merchandise back without this
authorization and/or after 5 days, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs to return the merchandise are to be
paid by customer. Refund or exchange will be processed if merchandise is received in same condition as when shipped.
There will be a 5% restocking fee for all returns (not for exchange).
SPECIAL ORDER ONLY: When an item is designed as "Special Order Only"
(exemple: Mirrors, custom made chandeliers, runners, Biot glassware), it means that we do not carry those items in stock and
we will order them from France specifically for you. The merchandise is still returnable BUT there is a 20% restocking
fee (no exception).
