Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and you will see the costs before finishing your order (when shipping in the USA): if it happens that the cost is zero while ordering, we will give you a quote by email after your order (you will still be able to cancel the order). When ordering a large quantity, the shipping costs will be calculate afterwards and specify to you after your order. you will be able to cancel it then.

For countries other than the US and Canada, you can ask us for a quote or pass your order and the extra cost in shipping will be notified to you

To keep the costs of shipping as low as possible, we usually ship through USPS priority mail, unless specified otherwise. We are not responsible in case of the loss of a package by the post office.

When the product is in stock - indicated with the stamp

if we are out of stock, we will need to order it from France, it might take 2 to 6 weeks depending on the item (usually indicated for each product).

RETURN:

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, we will be glad to take it back or to exchange it except for : fabric, items on SALE, tablecloth ordered with an umbrella hole, custom made tablecloths (when you order a specific size).

We will accept returns or exchanges if you ship it back within 5 days. Please send us an email and we will give you an Authorization number: NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT IT. if you send a merchandise back without this authorization and/or after 5 days, we will not credit you. A 30% FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Shipping costs to return the merchandise are to be paid by customer. Refund or exchange will be processed if merchandise is received in same condition as when shipped. There will be a 5% restocking fee for all returns (not for exchange). SPECIAL ORDER ONLY: When an item is designed as "Special Order Only" (exemple: Mirrors, custom made chandeliers), the merchandise is still returnable BUT there is a 20% restocking fee (no exception).
